Union Street Players return to a more dramatic show this spring as part of their traditional schedule. Director Spence Vermeer says the theater group presents John Steinbeck’s “Of Mice and Men” Thursday through Sunday at the Pella Community Center. Vermeer says the classic story features George and his mentally challenged friend, Lennie, who are migrant workers seeking employment at a ranch. Tickets to the four showings can be purchased at the Union Street Players website. Hear more about “Of Mice and Men” on today’s Let’s Talk Pella.
