The Indianola Community Youth Foundation donated 200 milk vouchers to The Helping Hand of Warren County Wednesday morning, part of 1,200 vouchers to be given over the next six months. Executive Director Taylor Litchkey tells KNIA News there is a strong partnership between the ICYF and The Helping Hand of Warren County, and they wanted to help out when there was an opportunity to do so. Litchkey also said ICYF partnered with local stores to help provide the milk, which is something that Helping Hand clients are having a hard time acquiring right now. The Helping Hand of Warren County is also currently in need of donations, including cereal, Spaghetti O’s, hamburger helper, hearty soups, pancake mix, and dish soap.
