According to court records, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Knoxville Police Department, and the Mid Iowa Narcotics Enforcement Task Force (MINE) had a search warrant for Ellsworth’s 2007 Jeep Commander. A traffic stop was conducted and MINE searched the vehicle and seized on the floorboard a plastic baggie with 25 peach oval pills with the labeling Y19. The pills were identified as Alprazolam, a prescription-only drug. Ellsworth denied knowledge of the pills. Officers obtained a search warrant for both rooms and in room 119 a small container was found that had a white crystal substance in it that tested positive for methamphetamine. Also in the room were two juveniles. 24-year-old Slade Allan Olson was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
