New Indianola City Manager Ben Reeves will begin on May 23rd, as approved by the Indianola City Council earlier this week. Mayor Stephanie Erickson said she is excited for the city to have a new city manager in place, and wants to thank all city staff who stepped up and did extra work during the search process, including Interim City Manager Charlie Dissell.

“A huge thank you to Charlie Dissell who has filled in in the interim. He has managed two jobs, and continued city operations smoothly. We are working on an initiation schedule for Mr. Reeves, and he’ll hit the ground running.”

Reeves will be featured on In Depth with Dr. Bob Leonard on Monday.
