PCM’s soccer squad got back in the win column with a victory over Atlantic, while the boys’ track and field squad will go to Roland-Story.

 

The Mustangs’ soccer squad came away with their second win of the season, defeating Atlantic, 4-1. PCM had two athletes score in the match Friday, with Tyler Kuecker and Carson Vandelune each chipping in two goals. With the win, PCM improves their record to 2-1 on the season. PCM will be back in action for their first match against a Heart of Iowa Conference opponent. They travel to Nevada on Tuesday.

 

The Mustangs’ boys track and field will compete in their first meet of the season today at Roland-Story. PCM will be competing against two Heart of Iowa Conference foes including the host and South Hamilton. The Mustangs will also be competing against Des Moines Christian, Gilbert, Hampton-Dumont-CAL, Iowa Falls-Alden, Madrid, North Polk, and South Hardin.

 

The meet at Roland-Story gets underway at 1:00 PM.
