Norwalk’s soccer squads will go toe-to-toe with Little Hawkeye Conference foe Pella, which will be the first time the two squads will be playing the same team on the same night.

The No. 1 in Class 2A Warriors’ girls will be looking for their fifth straight win to begin the season. Norwalk has beaten ADM, Pella Christian, No. 12 in Class 2A Bondurant-Farrar, No. 13 in Class 3A Ames, and Des Moines Lincoln. “We have to be consistent. We gotta come out and play our game. We can’t let them dictate how it’s going to be played. We gotta come out and play our game.”

The Warriors’ boys will be looking for their first win of the season after losing to Dowling Catholic, Ames, and Ankeny Centennial to begin the year. The Warriors have struggled to put goals on the scoreboard, putting up just two in their first three matches.
