Pleasantville Boys Golf Places Third in Quad

 

Pleasantville’s boys’ golf squad placed third in a quad at the Preserve on Rathbun Lake Monday.

 

The Trojans finished with 214, placing behind Chariton and Centerville, and finishing ahead of Moravia. Mason Scheve, Jaxx Lovell, and Tristan McElligott all tied for the top for Pleasantville with a score of 53. Andrew Pender had the second-lowest score with a total of 54.

 

Pleasantville will be back in action for a home West Central Conference triangular with Van Meter and Des Moines Christian.

 

Pleasantville Track Postponed to Today

 

Due to the snow that fell Easter Sunday, Pleasantville’s track meet at Van Meter is postponed until today. Pleasantville will be competing with 14 other teams, including West Central Conference foes Van Meter, Des Moines Christian, Interstate-35, Panorama, West Central Valley, and Woodward Academy. The meet at Van Meter gets underway at 4:30 PM.
