On March 9, and March 15, 53-year-old William James Milner of Pleasantville was pulled over by officers in two different vehicles. Milner’s driving privileges had previously been suspended and he was taken into custody after the March 15 traffic stop. On March 28 after referencing the Iowa Sex Offender Database officers found that Milner had failed to appear in person within five business days, and register the vehicles as vehicles he owns or operates per his requirements. Milner was charged with two counts of Sex Offender Registry Violation a Class D Felony.

As with any criminal case, a charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is innocent until proven guilty.
