The Knoxville Public Library held an open house for artist Dennis Johansen on Thursday. The Open House featured art pieces that had not been on display at the Library.

Johansen spoke with KNIA/KRLS News about what the event meant to him.

“I never expected anything like this, it’s very fun and niece. I have received a lot of positive comments and that makes you feel good.”

Johansen’s pieces have been on display at the Library for several weeks.
