The Knoxville School Board approved out of state trips for the Science Club and the FFA at their most recent meeting. Knoxville School District Superintendent Cassi Pearson spoke with KNIA/KRLS News about the trips
“The Science Club trip will be the first week in June as they will be going to the North East part of the United States to Acadia National Park in Maine to do some camping and see other sites along the way. This will be a two-week trip. The other trip is an FFA leadership trip to Washington DC at the end of June.”
The next School Board meeting is scheduled for May 9 at 5:30 pm in the boardroom of the administration building.
