The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session on Monday. The Council will hold a public hearing on entering into a Sewer Revenue Loan and Disbursement Agreement. The council will consider approval of the loan agreement and the sale and issuance of general obligation bonds for $5,899,000. The council will consider approving a storefront improvement grant for 109 S.Third Street. The council will also consider approval of downtown revitalization grants for 101 and 105 S. Third Street. The council will consider approving the State of Iowa’s Duplication of Benefits Policies and Procedures as required for 203 E. Main Street application

The council meeting will begin at 6:15 in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building.
