Pleasantville’s girls’ golf squad placed third in their West Central Conference meet at home, while the track squads will travel to Woodward-Granger for their conference meet.

 

The Trojans finished with a team score of 413, finishing behind just Van Meter and Woodward-Granger. Pleasantville finished with two athletes in the all-conference ranks. Kristen Roe finished first-team all-conference and the meet medalist with a score of 84. Kristen’s sister, Emily, finished second-team all-conference with a score of 101. Pleasantville will take a full week to prepare for their next meet at Shady Oaks Golf Course in Ackworth next Monday.

 

The Trojans’ track and field squads will take a trip to Woodward-Granger for the West Central Conference meet. Pleasantville’s boys are coming off winning their second meet of the season at PCM Thursday. The Trojans’ girls are coming off finishing sixth at West Marshall Thursday as well.

 

The meet at Woodward-Granger High School gets underway at 4:30 PM.
