Officers were called to the 1100 block of Highway 14 North of Knoxville at 1:47 pm today because a motorcyclist hit a deer. Knoxville Fire Chief Cal Wyman told KNIA/KRLS News one person was transported to Knoxville Hospital and Clinics. Knoxville Rescue, Knoxville Township Fire, Marion County Sheriff’s Office, Knoxville Police Department, and the Iowa DNR responded to the scene.
