PCM’s boys’ golf squad placed fifth in the Heart of Iowa Conference meet at Lincoln Valley in West Marshall, while the girls’ golf squad will go to West Marshall for their Conference meet.

 

The Mustangs’ boys finished with a team score of 356, 26 strokes ahead of Roland-Story. Grant Van Veen finished as PCM’s low golfer in the meet with a score of 83, good enough for sixth overall. Jeff McDaniel finished as the second-lowest golfer for PCM with a score of 86. The Mustangs will be back in action for a quad Friday at Colfax.

 

The Mustangs’ girls will also compete at West Marshall for their Heart of Iowa Conference meet today. PCM is coming off placing fourth in a home quad Monday with Pella, Knoxville, and Saydel. The Mustangs will be looking for a high finish in the Heart of Iowa Conference meet in their final regular-season meet.

 

The meet at Lincoln Valley Golf Course gets underway at 9:00 AM.
