The 87th Tulip Time festival officially begins Thursday, with a full return to activities. Tulip Queen Sarah Gritters and the Royal Court of Kelly Dykema, Emily Buckingham, Ashley Uitermarkt, and Trinity Vos have spent the last five weeks touring the community and the state to promote the celebration.
