The Pella High School track and field teams wrap up their regular season today with state qualifying looming. Today’s Pella High School invitational features several area teams, including Pella Christian, PCM, and Knoxville, and serves as a final tune-up before the district meet in Bondurant Thursday. This also marks a chance to get the rest of the teams beyond those state qualifiers on the track for the final time this season. Pella’s home track invitational begins at 4:30 p.m.

In action today, the #6 Pella boys and #16 in 3A girls golf teams are at the respective Little Hawkeye Conference meets. The girls are at home at the Pella Country Club, while the boys head to Willow Creek. The #2 Pella boys tennis team begins its postseason journey today as well, at the 1A District meet in Knoxville. All of those events begin at 9 a.m.
