The Knoxville Panther Scholarship Foundation held its 19th annual Awards Night on Wednesday.  Knoxville Panther Scholarship Foundation Board President Kurt Froyen spoke with KNIA/KRLS News about the event.

“I think that the night went well. It’s always wonderful to see these bright young students get ready to head off into the world and pursue their dreams. I am so thankful to all of the donors that make a night like this possible. When I think about where we were 19 years ago and where we are now, the important thing is that every student who has applied for a scholarship through our foundation has received a scholarship.”
