The Knoxville School Board approved a sharing agreement with Pleasantville Schools for Transportation Director and Mechanic at their most recent meeting. Knoxville School District Business Manager Craig Mobley spoke with KNIA/KRLS News about the agreement.

“We’ve had discussions with the Pleasantville School District just looking to find ways that both districts can share resources and become more efficient. They had a retirement, so it gave us a chance to look and see if we could share the Transportation Director and Mechanic positions.”

The board also approved modifications to both the Transportation Director and Mechanics contracts.
