They may have had to wait an extra day to know they were in, but 5 events have qualified for the State Track and Field Meet for Knoxville this week. The Boys 4×800, T.J. DeJong and Gavin Montalvo in the long jump, the Ciara Heffon on the girls discus and Ashlyn Finarty in the shot put. Derek Cardwell talked with the Panther qualifiers on the Radio Sports Page Wednesday at 6:00pm and Thursday at 10:00am on KNIA/KRLS.
