Simpson College has announced Jared Bienemann as the College’s next vice president for College Advancement. Bienemann has served at Buena Vista University since 2020, holding positions as executive director of development and, most recently, as assistant vice president for advancement. Simpson College President Marsha Kelliher said in a statement:

“Jared is not only an accomplished fundraiser and leader, he exudes a love for the liberal arts that is certain to fuel his success at Simpson. He’s a collaborative team player who effectively employs best practices in advancement work, including the pursuit of digital innovations in prospect cultivation and engagement.”

Bienemann will begin his duties July 1st, taking over for longtime vice president of College Advancement Bob Lane, who is moving into a major gift officer role as part of a phase retirement.
