The Indianola City Council will meet in a special session this evening, continuing a discussion regarding the future plans for the City Hall/Library Building and the Public Safety Building. The plans to put a bond referendum out to the public for both buildings this fall was not passed by the council in early May, with the upcoming city meeting giving direction to city staff on how to proceed with the projects. The special meeting will be Wednesday beginning at 5pm in the Public Safety Training Room at Indianola City Hall. Those attending are asked to use the South entrance and take the stairs down to the training room.
