Warren County Conservation is hosting their annual Kids Fishing Day on Saturday. Participants can learn the proper way to tie knots, cast, and fish safely, with a fishing competition also taking place, and a free fish cleaning demonstration. Participants can bring their own pole or borrow one that will be provided, and bait will be on location. The event is free and open to the public, and will be Saturday at the Annett Nature Center with check in beginning at 8:45am and ending at 11:30. The program is sponsored by the Friends of Warren County Conservation and the Izaak Walton League. Find more information below.
