Beginning this week, the intersection of Ashland and Howard in addition to the intersection of 1st and Ashland will be closed as part of the Downtown Indianola Square Reconstruction Project. Phase 2 of the project included work on Salem and Howard on the south and east of the square, with pavement work started on both streets. Lighting receptacles on Buxton complete, and all trees but one in Phase 1 area have been installed.
