The Pleasantville Baseball team took a pair of victories from Woodward Granger Thursday night, winning 6-3 and 12-2. In-game one, the Trojans scored 4 runs in the seventh inning. Jonah Schumacher went 2-4 at the plate, Jake Dejoode picked up the win on the mound striking out eight and Parker Sheets got the save. The Trojans’ offense continued in game two, as. Payton Major was the winning pitcher, throwing a complete game. Jake Dejoode led the offense going 4-4 with two RBI, Trevor Daggett had three hits, and Parker Sheets and Ben Wicks chipped in with two hits each. The Trojans will have tonight off and will be back in action Saturday at the Colo Nesco Tournament.

The Pleasantville softball team swept Woodward Granger on Thursday night, 13-0 and 6-5. The Trojan offense was on fire in game one, and Malorie Mckinney led the way with three hits and four RBI. The Trojans won game two on a walk-off hit by Kristin Roe. The Trojans are now off till Monday night, as they will travel to Van Meter at 7:00 pm.
