Twin Cedars Boys and Girls of Summer were successful with a road trip to Moulton-Udell on Thursday. The baseball squad took down the Eagles 12-1, while the newly minted class 1A #13 softball Sabers feasted on another conference opponent, pounding the Eagles 17-0. For the baseball squad, Dallas Smith, Chase Rozenboom, and Reed McElroy all had two hits. Wyatt Patty got his first career varsity win on the mound with no runs allowed. Softball had an all-around good night with Grace Bailey getting the win in the circle and helped her own cause by blasting a two run homer going 2/4 on the night. Jillian French also weiled a big bat going 3/4 and five RBI and Kisha Reed went 3/4 as well. Both Saber squads host Lamoni tonight.
