The Pleasantville Baseball team split their two games at the Colo Nesco Tournament on Saturday. In-game one, the Trojans fell to Gladbrook Reinbeck 10-5. Jake DeJoode went 2-4 at the plate with an RBI and Dylan Aldrich went 3-3 with an RBI to lead the offense. The Trojan offense came alive in game two, pounding Iowa Valley 16-3 in six innings. Parker Sheets, Jake Dejoode, AJ Bull, and Jury Ellis all had two hits and Caleb Cook picked up the win on the mound, pitching five innings. With the win, Head Coach Sheldon Card won his 400th career game. Next, the Trojans will be on the road Monday night at Class 2A #1 Van Meter, with varsity starting at 7:00 pm
