The Knoxville Little League finished another successful season. This year a record 28 teams participated. The league recently selected its All-Star teams and will begin their post-season play soon. Rachel Garner, President of the Knoxville Little League Spoke with KNIA/KRLS News about the All-Star Teams.

“We have three teams going into All-Stars this year that will be going into postseason tournaments. We have our Minor girls team and Minor and Major teams for the boys, each team will have 11-12 players per team with kids from Knoxville and Melcher-Dallas as they are a part of our charter. The teams have a really busy schedule but we do have some home games so our community can come out and watch them play”.

The Minor Girls team starts Wednesday, June 29, and the Boys will start on Tuesday, July 5. For more information click here
