Work has been completed on the VA demolition project. Marion County Facilities and Maintenance Director Chris Nesteby spoke with KNIA/KRLS News about the next steps to finish the project.

“I will do the final walk-through and make sure all of the work has been done. Once I sign off on that, crews will pack up and leave on Thursday morning. At the next Board of Supervisors meeting, I will give a final overview of the expenses of the project. In total, the project took ten months and twenty-four days to complete.”

The next Board of Supervisors meeting will be on July 12.
