With the regular season over for the class 1A #7 Twin Cedars Softball Squad, the Sabers now get to prepare for their first regional opponent coming up this Wednesday as they host Tri-County. Twin Cedars will have home field advantage as long as they win throughout the regional. The last week of the regular season for the Sabers has been spent playing teams up a class. While the Sabers have gone 2-2 in their last four games, Coach Zack Dunkin is not concerned about how his team will handle close games moving forward.

Dunkin: “I’m not worried about it, we just have to remind them that they’ve been in this situation and they have what it takes to win those games, so I don’t know why they wouldn’t have confidence at this point.”

Twin Cedars plays Tri-County on Wednesday with the winner moving on to play either Highland or English Valleys in the regional semi-final on Friday.
