On June 24, 44-year-old Aaron Mccarty of Monroe, Iowa went to the Marion County drive-up bank and gave the teller a Minnesota driver’s license and a check that an investigation turned out to have been stolen and forged. Mccarty was charged with Forgery, a Class D Felony.

As with any criminal case, a charge is merely an accusation and a defendant is innocent until proven guilty.
