The South Central Regional Airport Agency is moving forward with potential new leaseholders of land acquired for a proposed regional airport in Mahaska County. On Wednesday, the board approved a resolution to begin opening up the farming of property purchased by the organization. The current farm leases are set to expire on March 1, 2023. The next meeting is scheduled for July 26th at 6:00 p.m.
