More than 150 kids learned about the basics of safety at an event held in Pella Saturday. Triumph Martial Arts hosted a Kids Safety Event for the second consecutive summer, where Co-Owner of Triumph Chris White says participants learned about how to keep themselves and others safe in a variety of situations. Additionally, local first responders had their vehicles parked outside and hosted a variety of activities, and Pella PD K-9 Officer Ellie was also on hand.
