The Knoxville Back to School Bash will be held Wednesday in the high school commons from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Knoxville School Superintendent Cassi Pearson tells KNIA-KRLS News that it’s a great time to get students registered for the start of school August 25th.

Pearson tells KNIA/KRLS News about the Back to School Bash, “We have been doing our Back to School Bash for several years now. It really is all about one stop shopping for parents as they are getting kids ready to go back to school.”

Pearson is expecting around 300 families to show up. The First United Methodist Church in Knoxville will be handing out backpacks and school supplies to help families get prepared for the start of school.
