Our #6 moment in Knoxville sports takes us to the cross country courses as Panthers runner Seth Walraven completed a great career by going to his second straight State Meet this fall when he clinched the bid on October 20th in the state qualifier by finishing 12th. Walraven told KNIA/KRLS Sports he was looking forward to Fort Dodge to compete and take several seconds off of his best time.

Walraven: “I know the course and I like the course, and that should play to my advantage versus other guys that haven’t run the course.”

Walraven finished 78th in his last cross country meet for the Panthers.
