After going 12-22 last season, the PCM volleyball team will continue their pursuit of getting their win percentage back over .500 for the first time since 2010.

The Mustangs begin their season on Tuesday, August 23rd with the Early Bird Invitational at Newton. On Saturday, August 27th, PCM will then travel to West Marshall for their first of three weekend tournament this season. Coming off the tournament at West Marshall, PCM has a quick turnaround as they host Des Moines North on August 29th. The Mustangs begin Heart of Iowa Conference play at Saydel on September 1st, before hosting a pair of conference matches against Greene County and Nevada on September 6th and 8th. 

Following a nine-day layoff, PCM will take part in the North Mahaska Invite on September 17th. After the North Mahaska Invite, the Mustangs will have four matches and two tournaments in the final 22 days of the season. PCM will host two of those four matches on September 22nd and October 13th against Cardinal and South Hamilton. The two road matches are at Perry on September 27th and West Marshall on October 4. The Mustangs two tournaments are at Roland-Story, September 26th and at Pleasantville, October 1st.

The first invitational of the season will be August 24 at Newton as they go up against the hosts, Des Moines Hoover, and Saydel.
