An event for Congresswoman Mariannette Miller-Meeks was altered Monday, as she was unable to attend due to the rain, however statewide candidates Representative Brooke Boden and State Senator Julian Garrett were on location to meet with local voters and discuss issues. State Representative Brooke Boden said during the event even though the Congresswoman was not able to make the trip, the feedback heard at events such as the one held Monday are so important to pass along.
“It is really important that we rally together and work for the best of America. Making sure we remain fiscally responsible and that we really continue to work towards the priorities that as Republicans we have. So these kind of events draw us together so she can hear the priorities in the district and make sure she brings it forward at the congressional level and myself and Senator Garrett will give that feedback towards her so she is able to represent us well there.”
