The CDC has updated their guidance on steps to take if you have been exposed to COVID-19. The steps now include:

-Immediately wearing a high-quality mask as soon as you find out you have been exposed

-Continue to wear a mask for 10 days, do not go places where you are unable to wear a mask, including travel and public transportation settings, and take extra precautions around those who are high-risk from COVID-19

-Get tested on the fifth full day of your exposure. If you test negative, continue taking precautions through the 10 days. If you test positive, isolate immediately.
