While many of our area football squads begin their regular seasons next week, the Twin Cedars Football Squad will embark on its season tonight by hosting Murray in a Week Zero game. The Sabers are coming off a 1-8 season where their only win was a 1-0 forfeit by Woodward Academy. This season Coach Cam Parker has 25 players out and several returning letter winners, including quarterbacks Dallas Smith and Wyatt Findley along with leading rusher Nate Curry, who was also the Sabers leading tackler at 36 tackles. Kasey Clark is the leading returning receiver from last season. Kick off is scheduled for 7:00 tonight at Saber Stadium.
