Students in the Knoxville School District head back to school Thursday, August 25th at 7:55 a.m.

Knoxville School Superintendent Cassi Pearson tells KNIA/KRLS News that students will be getting out of school two hours early each of the first two days of school. Then on Monday, Aug. 29th, school will start at 10 a.m. for the usual two-hour late start each Monday throughout the school year.

The Twin Cedars School District will be back in the classroom for the start of the year Tuesday, August 23rd. The school year also starts on Aug. 23rd at Melcher-Dallas.

Twin Cedars will have an early out the first two days of school with school dismissed at 2:15 p.m. each of those days.

Melcher-Dallas will have an early out for the first day back to school. It will be a two-hour early out. Wednesday will also be an early out, 1 and a half hours early.

Pleasantville students return to school for the first day of school Thursday, August 25th. Normal business hours with no early outs. The school day starts at 8:10 am until 3:30 each day.
