The Indianola City Council met in a joint session with the IMU Board of Trustees Monday. The council and board wheard Capital Improvement Plans for various city and IMU departments, including electric, water, the water resource recovery facility, public works, parks and rec, community and economic development, and telecommunications. The next scheduled Indianola City Council meeting will be on September 6th due to the Labor Day Holiday.
