School bus safety and rules with buses are important to know to prevent a ticket according to Kyle Keller, Knoxville School Resource Officer.

Keller says, “The rules are if you see a bus with red lights on and see that stop arm out, you need to stop. No ifs and or buts, just stop. I’ve been telling people, whenever I have to deal with these violations. I tell people if you see that yellow light, the yellow amber lights coming on and they are blinking, whatever, they are on, they are staying on, be prepared to stop.”

It is all about reducing accidents and staying away from getting a ticket. Know and obey the laws, according to Keller.
