The PCM Mustangs were 0-4 at the West Marshall Volleyball Tournament Saturday. PCM Coach Sarah DeVries said, “It took us awhile to wake up Saturday morning.”
PCM lost to BCLUW 9-21, 19-21 at the tournament. They were led by Joslin Briles with three kills and Riley Johannes with two.
The Mustangs lost to Columbus Catholic 20-22, 21-23. DeVries said, “We fought point for point with them but came up just short. We were led by Briles, Reese Palm and Johannes with four kills each. RaeAnn Duinink had six digs.”
“We played well against Roland-Story, but made too many errors,” DeVries commented. Roland-Story beat the Mustangs 21-12, 19-21, 15-2.
In the consolation match against West Marshall, PCM fell 15-21, 21-18, 12-15.
