Work continues on Ashland for the Indianola Downtown Square Reconstruction Project over the last week, as curb paving between 1st St and Buxton St has progressed, in addition to road paving and sidewalk work.

Brick Paver edge repair began on Ashland, the installation of rock chambers and prep work began on the west block of Ashland, and pavement pouring began on the intersection of Ashland and B St.

Beginning next week, street striping will begin on Ashland between 1st St and Howard, tree plantings begin on Howard, and removal and installation of sidewalk on mid-section of Ashland, including installation of planters, and curb and gutter work will begin between B Street and Buxton.
