September is Emergency Preparedness Month, a month to raise awareness about the importance of preparing for disasters and emergencies that could happen at any time. Warren County Emergency Management Coordinator Troy Bass tells KNIA News one thing people may forget about is making sure you have an ample supply of medication in the event of a disaster, and to make sure you don’t run too low before picking up a new supply if possible.
Bass also said if anyone has any questions on how to prepare for an emergency, they should contact their local emergency management office.
