Work on the downtown Indianola Square Reconstruction Project continued this past week.

Sidewalk work continued on Ashland Ave, as well as street signs, pavement markings, and the paving of the Warren County Justice Center loading dock area. Permeable pavers were installed on Ashland between Buxton and Howard, and plants were planted on Ashland near the square.

Over the next week, installation of the seat walls/planter beds on the north side of the mid-block of Ashland will begin, work on the intersection of Ashland and Howard will continue, and curb and gutter work will also be continued.

Over the month of September, the removal and installation of sidewalks on mid-block of Ashland will begin, and notice will be given to affected businesses one week prior to sidewalk closure.
