The Indianola boys and girls cross country teams are in action today at Knoxville, while the volleyball squad looks to stay in the race atop the Little Hawkeye Conference standings.

The #15 in class 4A Indianola girls will be joined by the boys at Pine Knolls Country Club in Knoxville, facing off against several of the top ranked teams in the area with a mix of Little Hawkeye Conference rivals and teams across the state. Action starts at 5pm for the girls, 5:30pm for the boys.

The #7 in class 4A Indians volleyball squad is on the road today at Newton. The Indians have suffered just one loss in conference play, and will need a win to keep pace with a competitive race in the standings. Head coach Kent Halstead said teamwork will be the key for the Indians, can they play off of each other’s strengths and weaknesses to create the best version of themselves. Action starts tonight at 7:15pm.
