The Norwalk volleyball team will look to maintain sole possession of first place in the Little Hawkeye Conference tonight when the Warriors travel to Dallas Center-Grimes. First serve is slated for 7:15 p.m.

The Class 4A 14th-ranked Warriors are 15-6 overall following Saturday’s 4-1 showing at the Nevada Tournament and lead the Little Hawkeye with a 4-0 record. Dallas Center-Grimes, which dropped out of the 4A ratings after losing a league match to Pella last week, is 14-9 overall and 3-1 in the LHC – tied with Indianola for second place.

Norwalk won last year’s conference matchup with DC-G by a 3-1 score, while the Fillies defeated the Warriors 2-0 in both the Nevada and Little Hawkeye tournaments.

Also today, Norwalk’s girls swimmers will compete for Des Moines Lincoln in a metro dual meet at Des Moines Roosevelt starting at 5:30 p.m.
