The Simpson Storm women’s volleyball team defeated Buena Vista in an American Rivers Conference clash Wednesday night 3-1 played at Indianola High School while Cowles Fieldhouse is under construction.
The Storm won the first set 25-18, before falling in the second 25-16. After a back-and-forth third set, the Storm pulled ahead late to earn a 25-21 victory, then ended the game early with a 25-17 win in the fourth set. The Storm are now 8-7 overall and 2-1 in conference play, and will next play tomorrow at Millikin.
