The Marching Dutch will compete in four shows over the next two weeks as they take “Kiss From a Rose” to some of the largest festivals in Central Iowa.

Pella performs this Saturday at the Urbandale Marching Invitational and are scheduled to play at 7:11 p.m. in their first competitive performance of the fall.

Drum Major Stephen Gaul says they are hopeful to continue their success by showcasing their unique show this fall.

PCM will also compete again at Urbandale after performing in the Marching Dutch Invitational last week, while Knoxville and Pella Christian are off this weekend.

The Marching Dutch will head to the Valleyfest Showdown on the evening of October 8th, and host the Iowa High School Music Association state contest on the 15th, concluding with the Mid-Iowa Band Championships in Ankeny that evening.
