Pella in Pink returns this weekend to kick off Breast Cancer Awareness month.

The event will start at 2 pm on Sunday at Cordova Park (1378 Hwy. G28, Otley) with a remembrance ceremony, bounce houses for children, and a 1.2 mile trail hike. Foundation Coordinator at Pella Regional Amy Meyer, says the goal is to raise awareness of breast cancer and support expanding breast care programs at Pella Regional.

“Pella in Pink has been a huge part in growing our breast care services at Pella Regional,” says Meyer. “We now have a Breast Care Navigator who walks beside our patients and makes sure they have all the information and resources they need to make the best decision for them.”
